I recently visited newly single after 20+ years and Melissa, Terry, and Debbie were so amazing. Terry showed me how to use the lawn tractors and gave great advice.Melissa even walked my little one to see the upcoming animated decor...I couldn't have asked for better assistance and helpful individuals!

Awesome customer service. Had a young man pretty big fella I needed lights he not only told me where they were he went there and found the light that I needed and found the best deal for me as well. Just awesome that sounds like I can say.

I appreciate the great service here! I walked in to purchase a gift and was immediately greeted and offered assistance. I was offered assistance several times throughout my time there. I always have a pleasant time shopping and getting directions from the sweet lady by the Key Machine. I’ll find out her name and update this post later. I decided to write because on this last visit grabbing a gift, Melissa was very polite and patient and I needed to give her a shout out! Thanks for seeing my order through to the end, making the visit just that much smoother! I really appreciate it.

Today (Easter Sunday) me and my family visited this store and had an awful experience. We purchased an Exide car battery at the end of April with a 3 year warranty. We needed a replacement as the battery was dead after not even two years. We were told by the customer service agent they could not do any returns or exchanges after 90 days that I need to go through manufacturer. Per Home Depot and Exide’s policy, it states to return the battery to the store for the replacement claim. The associate got the manager, Catherine, involved and I had nothing but a very negative experience. I am not a confrontational person so explaining the policy’s to get my replacement was not easy for me to do and I know in my heart of hearts I treated all of the associates with kindness and respect. After going back and forth on how I needed a replacement, Catherine finally said she would help but that never in her six years of being there has she ever replaced a battery and she would not be doing this again. She even told me that apparently this battery is really crappy to buy. That doesn’t help me as I unfortunately already purchased it. She made me feel like I was being a fraud trying to uphold the

Great store, friendly staff, great selection, clean, organized, etc... Nothing I can say bad about the Home Depot. Came in looking for 1 thing, of course u can't just go in for 1 thing!! I always end up touring the entire store and my 5 minute stop turns into at least an hour!! Love this store (some pics are from October/Halloween)!!
